All freight transportation arranged or performed by Jones Cargo Logistics LLC is subject to standard domestic commercial shipping regulations, bilateral bill of lading contracts, and federal carrier liability guidelines. Shippers engaging our FTL, LTL, and dry van services agree to cargo valuation limits, proper palletization standards, and timely detention clearance procedures established at the Spartanburg dispatch hub.

Commercial billing follows direct invoicing, ACH transfers, and approved credit terms. Electronic proof of delivery (POD) records and shipment tracking data are retained under strict privacy protocols to safeguard shipper logistics records, facility addresses, and commercial supply chain inventories from unauthorized third-party disclosure.
